When replying via a mobile app, why isn’t there an option to post privately?

Yes, there really isn’t. However, the poster can set the reply to be visible only to the author
Where to set it in the app environment
Has it been revised and is it gone? I haven’t posted the daily question on my phone recently; I used to post it through my phone, and it was possible to hide it.
