It’s 9:20 in the evening. What are you doing? Are you still holding your phone and looking at the internet? How did I realize that I’m feeling sleepy?

As I get older, I can no longer persevere; I no longer have as much enthusiasm for surfing the Internet
Looking at the phone while lying in bed, or leaning on the sofa while looking at it, or sitting in front of the computer while using the phone, or lying on the bed and playing with the phone.
Going to bed at 11 p.m. every night – consistency turns it into a habit!
