My humble opinion: 1. There has been a sudden change in the quality of the coal slurry. 2. The flow rate of the coal slurry pump has changed. 3. There is a leak in the coal slurry pipeline. 4. Instrument measurement error. 5. The pressure in the gasification furnace changes. 6. Caused by changes in the burner channel.
As the concentration of the coal slurry increases, its viscosity also increases accordingly, leading to sticking and blockages during pipeline transportation; Problems with the slurry pump: sticking and blockage of the outlet and inlet valves, issues with the pressure in the outlet buffer tank, which lead to periodic resonance in the slurry pipeline, as well as significant fluctuations in slurry pressure ; Regarding the issue of central oxygen, practice has shown that the check valves for central oxygen need to be replaced regularly. It is possible that the valve heads have been damaged, resulting in fluctuations in flow rates from time to time. To date, it has been observed that in several cases the valve heads of the check valves in central oxygen pipelines have been damaged or lost without being detected in time, and accidents have already occurred in some manufacturers ; There may be wires in the coal slurry, and the check valve seal is worn out ; Burner wear ; When the inlet of the high-pressure coal slurry pump is blocked and there is no material flowing, the pressure difference at the burner drops rapidly, which is also very dangerous. If the inlet and outlet check valves get stuck, do not close properly, or do not open fully, it will affect the pressure difference in the burner. The pressure in the driving fluid section decreases, which reduces the effective power transmitted to the diaphragm; as a result, the energy obtained by the coal slurry from the diaphragm decreases, and the pressure difference across the burner also declines
