Structure of floating oil collection in homogenization tank and methods for modification

I would like to ask everyone: the original floating oil collection equipment inside our unit’s homogenization tank has been removed. Whenever we want to collect the dirty oil from the upper part of the homogenization tank, we have to raise the liquid level first in order to do so! If I want to restore the floating oil collection system, is it possible to install it online without performing any welding work?

The possibility of working without cutting the power is relatively low; it depends on the conditions on site.
