Today I saw that the Mechanical section was looking for moderators, requiring at least third-year status and 80 hours of online time; however, after searching for a long time, I couldn’t find my record of online time. Therefore, I suggest that requirements such as those specified on the forum should be tracked.
There used to be an online duration counter, but it’s gone now. Moderators have the permission to view it. The original job posting was not updated in time. That hardware can be made up for with enthusiasm.
Now, the assessment of moderators and technicians is carried out by the system, rather than being handled by the regional managers for salary payment as in the past.
Now only the posting volume level is required. There is no requirement for a certain amount of time spent online
