In the wax oil tank area, no notification was given to our workshop. The liquid level in the distillation tower kept rising steadily, but why did the liquid level in the butane removal tower drop at the same time? Moreover, that drop occurred quite rapidly. The liquid level in the distillation tower eventually reached 100%; so why did the liquid level in the butane removal tower drop? Neither the pressure at the top of the butane removal tower nor the pump at its bottom changed, and there was also no change in the distillation circulation line
Regarding delivery issues, check if the delivery costs have increased. . Also, has the process in the tank area been corrected? . . . . .
The process issue in the tank area causes the level in the fractionation tower to rise, but why has the level in the butane removal tower dropped so much? There are no problems with the reactions
Is light naphtha produced at the bottom of the butane stripping tower?
Our butane removal tower operates in full reflux mode; it is primarily used to remove components with molecular weights below C4 as well as hydrogen sulfide. There is gasoline present in the bottom of the tower, and since there is also gasoline at the top of the tower, separation isn’t necessary
Does the top of the butane stripping reflux tank emit acidic gas?
Over 80 degrees at the top of the tower, around 0.5 MPa
