The circulation pump is of course installed at the inlet. The spacing between the baffle plates is generally the diameter of the condenser. The head of the circulation pump is determined by adding the height, the resistance caused by fittings such as elbows, and the resistance from baffle plates, and then increasing it slightly.
There are probably also cases where it is installed at the outlet; when I purchased the water pump, the manufacturer asked me whether it should be installed at the inlet or the outlet!
Considering temperature and pressure resistance, systems located at the inlet generally have lower temperatures and pressures; therefore, the pump required has a lower performance grade, which results in lower costs and better economic efficiency
