I would like to ask the experts: if the equipment is too long, can the tube box of the heat exchanger be transported separately from the shell and the tube bundle? Arrived at the site; now install the pipe box. Especially for devices in the above category, is it necessary to re-establish water pressure so that they can be inspected by the boiler inspection agency? Those procedures still need to be followed.
As far as I know, it is possible to carry out on-site assembly, but it is necessary to inform the local special equipment safety supervision authority, and to allow inspection of the manufacturing process by a special equipment inspection agency designated by the local provincial special equipment safety supervision authority; pressure testing is definitely required. It is likely that a bunch of documents will also be required, such as the assembly plan, inspection and testing plans, WPS, PQR, and all details related to hydrotesting.
