Questions about registering as a safety engineer

I would like to ask everyone: I passed the examination for Certified Safety Engineer in 2014, but haven’t completed the registration process yet. From what I understand, the results are valid for three years. Is it possible to register right now? Thank you all!
This certificate has the worst prospects in a company.
