This post was last edited by Yu Re Yu Ya Fa Dian on 2016-12-9 09:05. Sources of waste heat: 1. A large amount of waste heat is generated during the production processes in the hydrochloric acid production stage, the soda ash production stage, the vinyl chloride production stage, and the drying stage. Currently, the waste heat with the highest value for utilization comes from the hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace; this furnace is of the steel-clad jacket type, and the exit temperature of the waste heat water (cooling water from the steel jacket) is generally around 90–100°C. With technological advancements and the development of hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace technology, the waste heat generated not only includes hot water but also steam (at 0.25 MPa and 0.8 MPa). 2. The steam condensate generated by the evaporation and concentration of alkaline solutions, as well as the circulating cooling water in vinyl chloride converters, all have utility values. Waste heat utilization: ORC screw expansion generator sets can be used to reduce the temperature of hot water from 90°C to 100°C to 80°C, so that it can be reused in the synthesis furnace. Energy-saving analysis: Typically, the hot water generated by such projects is used primarily for heating in winter. The use of ORC screw expansion generator sets allows for effective utilization of the waste heat produced during the production process. This not only eliminates the need for large-scale cooling systems required to cool the high-temperature water, but also reduces the amount of electricity consumed within the user’s factory, resulting in significant economic and environmental benefits.
I hope it can help more related companies save costs.
1. The oil cooler of the air compressor, which was previously cooled by circulating water, is now cooled by high-purity water; the water obtained after heat exchange is used as make-up water for the steam temperature reduction and pressure reducing device; 2. Convert the hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace into a four-in-one furnace to generate steam as a by-product ; 3. The steam condensate from the first evaporation stage is used as the bubbling water in the four-in-one hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace, thereby saving heat ; The waste acid and waste alkali liquids generated again in the resin tower are used respectively for adding acid and alkali to the dechlorination tower ;
