Process flow for producing industrial-grade dry ice from carbon dioxide

Dear sea friends, there is currently CO2 with a processing capacity of around 35,000 Nm3/h that needs to be converted into dry ice, in order to reduce CO2 emissions and meet the carbon emission targets. I hope the experts here can give me some advice – what are the processes used to produce industrial-grade dry ice from carbon dioxide? Which process is currently widely used? If possible, could you provide some reference materials? Thank you very much!
