The company wants to install an online oxygen content testing instrument on the kneader. The environment during the test is a bit complicated, including dust, alkaline gas, air, and filled nitrogen. What good online oxygen measuring instrument can you recommend?
Cost? Generally, it is directly inserted into zirconia.
I am not professional in online testing of oxygen content. I took a look at the testing principles and precautions of zirconium oxide. There are requirements for dust accumulation on the probe. Our usage environment should have a great adverse impact on this. It feels like it is not very convenient to use due to the dust removal and the impact of dust on the measurement accuracy. Am I overly worried?
