The fire police immediately orally summoned Shi, the safety supervisor of that property branch suspected of instigating others to carry out dangerous operations in violation of fire safety regulations, to the station for investigation. Upon review, Shi admitted to the illegal act of instigating others to violate fire safety regulations and carry out work in a risky manner. In accordance with Article 64, Paragraph 1, and Article 21, Paragraph 2 of the Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Bao’an police imposed a penalty of 10 days of administrative detention on Shi. The Fire Supervision and Management Team of the Bao’an Public Security Bureau reminds the fire safety responsible persons of various enterprises that the fire control room, acting as the \"brain\" of an enterprise’s automatic fire protection system, has strict requirements for the personnel on duty there.
