I work at a local refinery in Shandong, on a four-shift, three-shift rotation. . It’s just a bit strange in terms of timing; how about you guys? .
Three shifts per day, with six days each in the white, middle, and black shifts in a row; each shift is divided into four groups, with each group taking an eight-day break in sequence

Employees from private companies in Shandong who came here for training said that they work on a 3-shift system and only get 4 days off per month.
