Hello everyone. During the construction of a chemical plant, is it the manufacturer who installs the instrument heating tapes, or is it the on-site construction team?
Except for the instruments in skid-mounted equipment, which are the responsibility of the skid-mounted equipment manufacturer, they are generally installed by the on-site construction team

This must have been installed by the construction party; the manufacturer is not responsible for installation
