Our company uses Wuqi back-extraction type steam turbine generators, with the Hollyland MACS5.2.4 system as its control system; the control of high-pressure hydraulic actuators is carried out through FM163, FM165, and FM146 modules. One day, the high-pressure hydraulic actuator of the turbine started swinging up and down violently; we were no longer able to control it using the DCS, and we didn’t know what the cause was. (Note: Our company usually relies on manual operations; on that day, manual operation was no longer possible.)
For this, one still needs to do some research on their own
