Is there any friend who knows about Sichuan Provincial Chemical Engineering Design Institute? I am currently looking for a job. Could any friends who are familiar with it tell me about its industry status, future prospects, and salary levels?
I have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering machinery from a 985 university
For those majoring in chemical engineering, it’s better not to work in chemical engineering design firms on equipment design
It’s already very difficult to get into undergraduate programs there; it’s another story if you have extensive experience and are a talent in short supply for that field (someone with many resources due to specific projects). I have several classmates there who all have graduate degrees or higher.
But I feel like there’s no other good place to go for this major either
It will be very difficult to go there for undergraduate studies. . You will find that around you there are only the aunt who sweeps the floor and a few relatives of the management. . Your educational level is the lowest. . .
So where do you think would be more suitable, working on-site or doing operations?

The salary is 3,000 yuan, and there’s no resolution regarding the bonuses that have been owed for several years. Even if bonuses are given, don’t think too much about it. The housing fund is 90 yuan per month, for reference only. There are no management systems; the boss acts like a tyrant who makes all the decisions. There are plenty of strange leaders and ideas; when it comes to professional title evaluations or training, they always favor their own people. Temporary workers without a permanent position are required to sign a 10-year contract with penalty clauses. No matter what school you graduated from or what your educational background is, it comes down to connections. Most of the young people have left. It’s terrible. You can’t learn anything. It’s purely just killing time. In short, it is a unit that fills one with despair from the bottom of their heart.
