Strengthening of pipe supports for large-diameter pipes with thin walls

As the title suggests, what kind of reinforcement is used when supporting pipes with large diameters and thin walls? Wrap it with flat steel in one circle?
There are pipe supports suitable for that diameter, which can be purchased directly from the market. Or, more simply, cut this pipe into a semi-circular ring, and weld a support piece beneath it.
Flat steel, angle steel, channel steel, and I-beam are all acceptable
I originally wanted to keep it simple, but after thinking about it, I decided to follow the standards for petrochemical pipe racks instead.
