Sealing of gaps around fire doors

During the fire safety inspection of our factory, it was found that the sealing at the edges of the fire doors was not up to standard. What material should be used to seal those edges?
It was rejected because the fire department is too idle and always looks for some flaws. Does Jinhua really not even know what materials are used for sealing? Just ask your design institute; I’ll find you to drink when I have time.
Cement doesn’t work well this season; it freezes.
