How is the first echo from the director’s radar formed, that is, the echo at the junction of the rod and the flange? Also, why are the first echo and the echo at the bottom of the rod in the opposite direction to the wave used for level measurement?
First, you must be referring to the initial wave; without this wave, the radar is useless, as there is a problem with the hardware. Secondly, I don’t understand it at all; maybe I got the first one wrong as well
