Some time ago, the boss was invited to attend a few management courses taught by a well-known fake instructor in China. Impulsively, he immediately purchased a set of management software from that company, spending 100,000 dollars on it. Upon returning, he ordered the entire company to attend training*, in preparation for organizational restructuring. I watched the video and it was indeed brilliantly presented; it felt like listening to a crosstalk performance. Later, I checked online and indeed, he was a disciple of the crosstalk artist Sheng Jie! :lol:lol:lol Have you guys ever heard of this style of managing cross-talk?
There are many masters in the business world, but how many truly great management experts like Drucker are there? :Lol: Many bosses don’t bother to study, identify their own problems, and consider solutions; instead, they leave the fate of their businesses in the hands of so-called experts. ;P;P;P;P
