What concentration of methanol can be obtained by simply distilling and concentrating a 10% methanol aqueous solution without the use of a tower? What’s the recovery rate? Used for recovering waste solvents from wastewater. Thank you for your advice!
It depends on your temperature control. If the temperature is high, the recovery rate is higher but the purity is lower; if the temperature is low, the recovery rate is lower but the purity is higher
