For foreign production workers, both safety helmets and work uniforms must have their blood type indicated. Facilitates rescue in case of injuries.
It’s unknown in China when this will be put into effect!
It’s good to do this; we **should learn** from it.
Some European and American companies in China have been implementing this practice for a long time. A while back, I worked at a French-owned company; upon starting work, each employee was given an information card with the company’s name and contact details. Employees were required to fill in their blood type, as well as the name and phone number of their primary contact person, and were asked to keep this card in their wallet, so that it would be easy to get in touch in case of an emergency
