As the successor to the Windows operating system, Win10 has also gone through many challenges. From its inception to the present, it has undergone numerous upgrades and updates. Next, let’s take a look at how to install the original Win10 operating system. 1. Copy the downloaded original Win10 system to a USB drive that can be used as a boot drive. 2. Boot from this USB drive – usually, you need to press F12 several times at startup to select the USB drive as the boot option; the exact procedure varies depending on the model of the computer. Once booted from the USB drive, select “PE” and press Enter. 3. Open the virtual optical drive icon on the PE desktop and load the original Win10 system from the USB drive. 4. After the virtual optical drive is loaded, open the Win10 installation program on the desktop (you can also find it in the Start menu under NT6). In the first selection box, choose the system that was just loaded; then open the “sources” folder and select “install.wim”. 5. In the second selection box, choose the drive on which you want to install the system – it’s usually drive C. Since I’m installing two operating systems, there are some differences in this step. 6. Finally, choose the installation location – it’s usually also drive C, but again, it varies depending on whether I’m installing two operating systems or not. 7. Once the selection is made, click on Install. After clicking Install, keep the default settings for the next steps. After the PE installation is complete, a prompt to restart will appear; simply restart the system. After restarting, the installation will continue. When it’s time to enter computer information, just select the appropriate options – it’s very simple. Once the installation is complete, you’ll be taken to the desktop.
