In the Stage 2 Claus sulfur production process, the SO2 level in the exhaust gases is always on the high side. Are there any good suggestions?
What is the situation at the ratio analyzer site, and what treatment process is used for the exhaust gas later on?

Use an effective solvent that can absorb SO2 (which can be reused with very low consumption), then separate the SO2 and return it to the combustion chamber. This is just an idea; it’s easy to find a specialized manufacturer to handle this task!
First, check whether there are any changes in the operating conditions and whether operations can be carried out. If there are no changes in the acid gas from the raw materials, then check if there are issues with the air supply; next, examine the bed temperature to assess the condition of the catalyst. Then consider the catcher. If there were no problems before, and now all the process parameters appear to be fine, that’s impossible. There’s really no other option but to add an exhaust treatment device

I agree with the view from the 7th floor: first, look for the causes at the operational level. An online ratio analyzer can be used to monitor the hydrogen sulfide/sulfur dioxide ratio in real time; all possible causes should be checked and ruled out one by one.
