Here’s some information regarding salaries: A competent vaporization control operator with 3–5 years of experience earns a monthly salary of 8,000–10,000 in the Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia regions. A qualified team leader with more than 2 years of experience earns a monthly salary of 10,000–12,000 in those same regions. The salary for ordinary technicians is roughly similar to that of team leaders. Those in managerial positions have their salaries calculated on an annual basis; after taxes, their earnings range from 120,000 to 150,000, without including any other benefits. In more western areas, the salary is around 200,000–250,000 per year. If one performs well, they may receive additional benefits; otherwise, their salary will be reduced or they might even be fired. Or one might decide to change jobs because they can’t stay in their current position. I think there are two points: 1. Regarding project construction, it seems there is still a long way to go to meet the supervisor’s requirements； 2. Staff training is a systematic process; two years of experience may not be sufficient to undertake such a task. With your experience in gasification production, you might not be willing to take on operational roles, but you lack the competitiveness for management positions; therefore, the salary for assistant management roles would not be very attractive

But as the number of people increases, there are relatively more professionals with specialized skills. There aren’t that many opportunities.
