Does anyone know whether the questions in the mechanical and electrical engineering exam for level 2 construction engineers are drawn from the textbooks?
Our company has several people with the title of second-level constructor. They don’t do anything important, yet they still receive a few hundred yuan in allowance per month. Within the company, when it comes to engineering design and project implementation, none of these so-called second-level constructors are capable of taking on such tasks. It can be said that there’s an overabundance of people with this title.
