The end of the year is approaching. Those of you who work in the management of chemical equipment – are you also preparing year-end summaries? How do you approach this task? Let’s discuss it together
It’s all about summarizing those troublesome things, hehe. It was like this before too, but later I realized I was overthinking it. Why? Because when I see others’ summaries, which are well-structured and detailed, I always feel that my own summaries aren’t good enough. Actually, there’s no need at all; think about it – you’re in a very junior position, how can you compare yourself to department heads or even senior managers? It’s just my personal suggestion, and it’s not necessarily accurate. All you need to do is organize your work by listing what you’ve done, using numbers 1, 2, 3, etc.; numbers are the best way to convey this information ； Then compare with the previous year to show the progress and highlight the key strengths ； Some thoughts and reflections on the highlights ； Identify the gaps again, set specific measures, and establish goals. This is more traditional. Or, if you have completed a certain project, you can also prepare a report and summary focusing on that project. It would also be possible to conduct an analysis of past work using SWOT.
