Generally, work summarization is divided into the following modules: 1. Summarize the annual work plan and explain the achievement of key KPIs； This aspect is divided into two parts: select some projects for which you have put in a lot of effort, and explain how they were completed, with the main goal being to inform the boss about our work achievements ； Another part provides an analysis and explanation for the projects that failed to meet certain KPIs, identifying the reasons for these failures ； and improvement measures ； 2. Propose next year’s work plan, which should ideally include improvements to the projects that were not completed by the end of this year; as well as the actions that need to be taken to achieve this work plan. ,
