Dear colleagues, it’s the end of another year again. Are you preparing year-end summaries? If you have any good summaries, please share them. Hehehe. Our company requires annual summaries – individual ones as well as departmental ones, along with reports on work completed. Oh, and PPTs are also required. I really don’t understand what the purpose of these is It also has to be made to look beautiful, and it takes up a lot of my time and effort every year; sigh
The summary serves as a guide for the next steps
By keeping a record of work every day, it becomes easier to write a summary at the end.
The problem is that the summary needs to have highlights; in other words, one must know how to exaggerate; Sigh sigh sigh
It is still very necessary to write carefully
Our company also requires us to write summaries every year, but it seems like the managers don’t even pay any attention to them; so I simply stop writing them. If I do write a summary, it’s for my own use. Nevertheless, it’s still necessary to write such summaries – without them, there’s no way to make progress or to know in which areas one still lacks skills. Therefore, it’s important to keep writing them.
The real way to summarize is to do it after each task is completed, rather than waiting until the end of the year to handle it perfunctorily
It is still very necessary. . . If you are the leader, you can still spot some issues by looking at the summary
It’s a state-owned enterprise; they just like to go through the formalities
