On December 12, 2016, the coal tar hydrogenation project of Shaanxi Dongxinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned, and the light oil plant produced qualified oil products. The project is located in the Miaogoumen Industrial Cluster in Fugu, Shaanxi. The total investment for the first phase of construction is 3.661 billion yuan; the production capacity includes 1.2 million tons per year of semi-coke, 20,000 tons per year of metallic magnesium, and 500,000 tons per year of coal tar hydrogenation. A 2×25 MW thermal power plant will also be built as part of this facility.
On December 12, 2016, the hydrogenation unit of Shaanxi Dongxinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 500,000 tons per year coal tar lightening project, an engineering contract undertaken by Shengbang Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully commissioned after feeding operations were completed. The light oil production plant began to manufacture qualified products, marking the full operational readiness of this project and representing another success for our company in the field of coal tar hydrogenation. Shaanxi Dongxinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 500,000 tons per year coal tar lightening project is located in the Miaogoumen Industrial Zone of Fugu County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The project consists of a delayed coking unit, a hydrocracking unit, solvent regeneration and acidic water stripping units, a deaeration station, as well as associated storage and transportation systems, unit control rooms, and unit power distribution rooms. Our company is responsible for the EPC engineering management of this project. In September 2015, the project was fully completed and handed over. In October 2015, the delayed coking unit completed its commissioning trials and began producing qualified products. By the end of November 2015, the project passed the inspection by the Shaanxi Petrochemical Quality Supervision Station. In May 2016, it underwent the final acceptance inspection organized by the project owner, with the participation of the supervision unit and various subcontractors. It passed the fire safety inspection in June 2016, and in July 2016 it was recognized as a \"High-Quality Project\" by the National Petroleum and Chemical Construction Enterprises Association.
