These expectations for treatment are a bit high; generally, income is proportional to local housing prices.
The key is the workplace; the salary can of course be negotiated.
Personally, I think I’m similar to the original poster in many ways; my current income is half of what you would expect. In Jinan, housing prices range from 8,000 to 10,000, and the reality is quite tough
Is the poster involved in clean energy projects? I think the poster is really talented – they are familiar with light hydrocarbon recovery equipment and understand the relevant processes. What’s more, they participate in the entire project cycle, from the review of process packages to commissioning trials; it’s truly admirable.
