1. Doing smoke stripping and water removal; the COD level is a bit high. Second, use it as hot water for winter. Third, does anyone have better methods for utilizing heat or wastewater?
The ORC can be used to generate electricity by utilizing waste heat, while the wastewater is sent to the circulating water system for reuse.
How is OCR performing? How long to recover the investment?
Have you used it? How is it performing?
I’ve used it; it’s from Zhejiang’s Kaishan brand, and the effect is quite good.
Why is the COD level high in the wastewater? Have you done any measurements? What is the value?
We use wastewater to heat the water supplied to the deaerator
How to heat it? Should a heat exchanger be used? Could you explain in detail?
