I plan to apply for the pressure vessel inspection certification this year; my company does not have the necessary qualifications. Is there any company willing to help by providing an endorsement?
Generally, applications are not allowed without the necessary qualifications; however, when applying you can explain the situation to the Evaluation Committee, stating that your company intends to obtain a certain type of design certificate, and that is also acceptable.
