The raw material filter vibrates violently during flushing, as if there is a strong water hammer effect. Has Dao encountered this issue before? Was it resolved?
Is there a possibility of cyclic hydrogen backflow?
Yes, it’s been resolved. At first, we entered the high-level backwash oil tank, where there was severe vibration; the main reason for this was an excessive pressure difference and overly long pipelines. The current approach is to shorten those distances, but it might be better to access the underground oil system instead
There are several hundred processes difference between circulating hydrogen and backwashing; if they reverse, the unit should not be started.
If the filter vibrates heavily, it is usually either due to a high pressure difference or to severe clogging of the filter element.
