The company uses a nitrogen system; the high flow rate of nitrogen used in the workshop results in low pressure of nitrogen in the main pipelines, which affects the operation of other continuous production equipment; However, the flow rate is low, resulting in poor purging efficiency of the workshop equipment. This indicates that the capacity of your nitrogen generation unit is too low to meet the normal operating requirements of your facility; it can only operate in an intermittent manner, with simultaneous use avoided, and scheduling coordination is necessary. I don’t think there are any other solutions. Unless another nitrogen production system is installed.
Add a nitrogen buffer tank in the middle.
There’s no good solution – your nitrogen generator has too low a processing capacity, and nothing you do can change that situation. Either add another machine, or implement control and regulation in the workshop.
Increase to but the unit, or construct a medium-pressure nitrogen storage tank along with a compressor~~~
If there is a nitrogen deficiency only during purging, it can be resolved by adjusting the purging method. If purging is done with air or by blasting, there is no need for a nitrogen generation system. However, if purging is done very frequently, a nitrogen generation system will be necessary.
Based on the description, it meets the equipment purging requirements when used at high flow rates. However, since the pressure for continuous use is low, it is recommended to install a separate system after the air separation unit; using a pressure stabilizing tank for continuous low-flow operation provides a better cost-performance ratio.
How much should be used? If nitrogen production is limited, an additional liquid backup system can be installed; depending on your consumption levels, pressure requirements, and the peak capacity needed, liquid storage tanks or Dewar tanks can be used~~
