What type of pump is suitable to be installed in the middle of an oil, gas, and water mixed transport (crude oil) pipeline where the pressure is low? For 63#PE pipes, the flow rate is around 3–4 t/h; the total length of the pipes is 1100 meters, and a pump is intended to be installed at a point 400 meters along the pipeline. Please leave a message, thank you
Add a pipeline process pump; let the manufacturer assist with the specific selection.
Adding a gear pump would be great.
The flow rate of your centrifugal pump is too low~ Pumps with low flow rates have inlet at one end and outlet at the other; pipeline pumps have inlet and outlet on the same side, which is more convenient, but your pump’s flow rate is simply too low~
Select a pump for pipeline pressurization based on the medium; specific details depend on the medium used
A pipeline pump that can be installed in the middle of the pipeline is a suitable choice; the flow rate will also be low, so it’s sufficient to ask the manufacturer.

A pipeline centrifugal pump might work.
Does a pump mainly serve to increase pressure?
