Problems with ammonia-based desulfurization concentration tanks

I would like to ask the experienced sea friends for advice. I have been studying ammonia-based desulfurization recently. By reading some cases online, I found that in the systems developed by Jiangnan Environmental Protection, the concentration tank is located at the bottom of the desulfurization tower, while the absorption tank is placed separately from the desulfurization tower (as seen in cases from a few years ago). Luoyang Tianyu places the absorption tank at the bottom of the desulfurization tower, with the circulation crystallization tank being separate from the desulfurization tower. May I ask what the advantages and disadvantages of each of these two layout options are?
Our company has two sets of Tianyu models, one of which is the Jiangnan type. There isn’t much difference in their operational characteristics; however, when the circulation tank is located at the bottom of the tower, an inclined baffle is required. Such a baffle needs to be cleaned regularly, otherwise debris tends to accumulate on it easily

There’s no significant difference. The main difference is that in the case of external concentration circulation, a partition must be installed inside the tower, and such partitions tend to accumulate material, requiring cleaning measures.
