This level gauge has only been in use for a week, and suddenly the level indication in the nitrogen-sealed tank used in the process stopped working. When a short circuit was made on-site, the indoor signal indicated that there was material present; however, once the connection was restored, it showed no material present. It is certain that there is material in that tank, but no signal was detected (NO). What factors can affect the measurement accuracy of this capacitive level gauge? Imported goods like this shouldn’t be so fragile.
Continuous measurement or point switch? Although capacitive sensors can resist the accumulation of media, they still fail in severe cases, and this is determined by their principle of operation. In such situations, an RF admittance level gauge or a switch can be used; it is recommended to opt for imported ones, as domestic ones are not suitable for this purpose.
The limit switch indicates that the container is full normally, but it still shows that there is no material.
