Help! Severe corrosion of the roof surface near the acid pipe under the second acid absorption tank

Two and a half years after the start of operation of the acid waste recycling system, severe corrosion has occurred in the ceiling area near the acid outlet pipe in the second acid absorption tank; acid is leaking from the corroded areas. I suspect that there may be a problem with the acid pump, but the corrosion is not located on the side of the pump’s outlet. The equipment team’s analysis suggests that the impact of the acid injection pipe caused the acid to splash onto the ceiling, leading to corrosion; I hope fellow users can help with this analysis!
