On the design standards for low-temperature shell-and-tube heat exchangers

As the title suggests, I have a question for everyone. While studying *GB/T151-2014 recently, I noticed that Appendix A, which deals with low-temperature shell and tube heat exchangers, is no longer included in the 2014 version compared to the GB151-1999 version. Which standard should be followed when designing low-temperature shell and tube heat exchangers going forward?
The low-temperature requirements shall comply with GB150 and the relevant code specifications. . .
Thank you. I’d like to ask further: can low-temperature shell-and-tube heat exchangers still be designed in accordance with the requirements in Appendix A of GB151-1999?
The requirements are more or less the same; you can follow these requirements, but there’s no need to specify standards.
The design requirements for low-temperature heat exchangers are specified in the relevant sections of GB150-2011...
