There is a welding error between the tank head and the cylinder; the head purchased does not fit with the cylinder. The head is DN300, but its actual inner diameter is 315, which means the cylinder has to be made again. Why is this the case? Isn’t the EHA for the head based on the inner diameter?
The relevant dimensions of the head should be measured before rolling the cylinder. The inner diameter of the end cap being out of spec allows for return.
Before manufacturing the cylinder, it is necessary to measure the circumference of the end cap and cut the material accordingly; however, using a size of 315 for an end cap that should be 300 results in a significant deviation.:)
Your head isn’t EHB325, is it?
The purchase did not distinguish between EHA and EHB, resulting in an incorrect purchase.
It was the wrong end cap that was purchased; generally, for DN300, a pipe with a diameter of φ325 is used for the cylinder, and the end cap used is EHB 325
