The system is operating normally; the primary voltage, primary current, and secondary voltage of the electrostatic demister are all zero, with only the secondary current having a value. Experts, please analyze what could be causing this
It might be a short circuit caused by the cathode wire touching the anode tube. Just park the car and take care of it
Does the electric demister have an observation hole to check the cleaning effect?
Thank you, all external issues have been checked and everything is normal. All that’s left is to shut down the machine and check the interior of the electrostatic demister!
It’s no longer possible to see the inside of the 8 holes at level 1, nor those 4 holes at the lower part of level 2; I plan to stop the machine and check the interior of the electrostatic mist system at level 1!
It’s an internal issue; just clean it and go in to fix the fault.
The anode and cathode were short-circuited; after stopping the machine, water was used to clean the walls of the anode tubes, and all the electrode wires were thoroughly rinsed. The inner walls of the quartz tubes were also inspected.
Should the several electric demisters of the poster be connected in parallel or in series? In such cases, it is usually due to a short circuit, extreme bridging, or a fallen weight; in that case, consider checking the electricity meter
This situation must be a short circuit. Let’s handle the parking, shall we?
This situation is usually due to a short circuit
