The heating steam first enters the steam header through the steam inlet pipe; after releasing heat through spiral finned tubes, it turns into saturated water which then enters the drain header, from where it is continuously discharged through the drain pipes. 2. The heat transfer element uses bimetallic steel-aluminum composite spiral fins; the base tube is made of steel, while the aluminum fins are formed through one-time rolling using molds, ensuring a tight connection to the base tube, low thermal contact resistance, and high heat transfer efficiency. 3. The bimetallic steel-aluminum composite spiral finned tube maintains a stable low resistance over a wide range of temperature changes, exhibits good heat transfer stability, and has strong resistance to sudden temperature changes and vibrations. 4. The inner steel tube (base tube) of the steel-aluminum composite spiral finned tube is protected from corrosion by the outer aluminum tube wall, resulting in improved corrosion resistance.
