Everyone, please share the normal-pressure processing volume and the heat load of the heating furnace – to what temperature can the feed material in the furnace be heated through heat exchange?
We are able to exchange heat up to 323 degrees Celsius
The feed temperature of the regular furnace is used to assess the heat exchange efficiency of the plant; the thermal load of the atmospheric pressure heating furnace is determined on this basis. The question posed by the original poster is too confusing! The current requirement for the heat exchange temperature at the feed inlet of the regular furnace is not less than 320
320°C? That’s too high, isn’t it? What is the final heat exchange temperature of your atmospheric pressure furnaces?
