The internal temperature is 700 degrees. Aluminum silicate plates are used, with a thermal conductivity of 0.126. The outside is insulated to around 40 degrees. There is one layer of steel plate with a thickness of 1.7 units. How thick should the insulation material be to meet the requirements? Thank you so much!
For an aluminum silicate board with a bulk density of 100, a thickness of 200 mm is sufficient. What kind of equipment do you have?
