Let’s talk first about the device in my company. . . Start a reactor now. . The feed volume to reactor C4 is 16 tons. The required alkane-to-olefin ratio is 9–10; therefore, the circulating isobutane amount is approximately 27 tons, while the refrigerant amount is around 29 tons. The reaction temperature is around 13 degrees, and the feed temperature is around 3 degrees. . No water-soluble acids or bases in gasoline! ! ! The typical sulfur content in the raw material is around 20 ppm in gasoline, as the sulfur content is slightly higher in a single reactor! ! About 3 to 5! ! The alkali washing flow rate is around 58 tons. The water washing capacity is around 40 tons. . . The large acid settling valve of the reactor is set to 6 threads, and the final boiling point drops below 200! !
Have you used a copper sheet corrosion inhibitor? Solve your troubles easily. :lol
1. Controlling impurities during raw material pretreatment, and 2. Reducing the reaction temperature to below 11 degrees – these measures can basically resolve the aforementioned problems. Pay attention to monitoring the acid concentration in your acid precipitation tank.
Light ends removal tower: Methanol at the bottom of the tower – 0; Dimethyl ether – 0; MTBE – generally 0.01
As for the reaction temperature. . I’ll try to lower it to around 11 degrees. . .
How about it? Is the copper corrosion test passed?
There isn’t any. The leaders don’t care at all! ! Adjust it without hesitation! ! !
Lower the reaction temperature, wash the tank with alkaline water, and if that doesn’t work, add chemicals directly to the tank area
Check what your acid hydrocarbon ratio is, as well as the concentration of circulating acid
Around 1.2. . Pickling has not been put into use! ! !
