Aspen simulation of safety relief issues

When using Aspen Plus to simulate safety valves, is the differential setpoint what is commonly referred to as the pressure setting of the safety valve? Also, the pressure here cannot be higher than the operating pressure; this isn’t consistent with the actual situation, right? ?
I haven’t done it yet; I’m also seeking advice from those who are more experienced...
