Will using only trisodium phosphate to control the boiler’s pH value, conductivity, and phosphate levels, without using sodium hydroxide, cause a phenomenon of hidden phosphates?
It works fine; initially, sodium hydroxide was used to heat the furnace
That’s good; in our systems, we used to add NaOH and Na3PO4 together. Recently, I have been preparing to add only Na3PO4 and stop adding NaOH.
It is not recommended to use only trisodium phosphate; otherwise, the pH level is likely to drop too low and the phosphate concentration may become excessive, requiring the addition of sodium hydroxide in the end.
