The results for the certification exam were released today; 3 out of 6 people from our company passed, while 4 out of 6 people from my colleague’s company passed. The pass rate is so high! I wonder if the standards will be raised?
The standards won’t increase, but with such a high pass rate, certification has become even less valuable
I only went through the past exam papers once and managed to pass just barely; I think this year’s exams will be easy, and they likely will remain easy in the future. The Certified Public Accountant exam isn’t very valuable to begin with, and I guess it will end up being similar to the CET-4 and CET-6 exams – nothing worth being excited about
I wonder **what they’re thinking; maybe it’s better to exercise some control.
